and I am an Alignment Coach & Personal Trainer…….

Every day, I see the results of aligned bodies. I know that when a body becomes strong enough to hold itself upright it changes the life of its inhabitant.

I know when alignment is missing, and most importantly I know how to teach what is missing so that YOU can create powerful mobility.

I typically work 1:1 with clients once weekly over the course of 12 weeks to create personalized alignment strategies and a custom movement plan. This investment begins at $1550.00 and my clients get amazing results! Physical transformation, advanced strength and flexibility, decreased pain. Plus, empowerment that has shown up in the form of career change, small business start-ups, healthier relationships, and really getting what they ask for, really!

A little bit about me…. I am the founder of Vital Tree, a movement studio located alongside the mighty Susquehanna River in Marietta, PA. I have been a leader in the wellness community for over a decade. I am an Alignment Coach with a heavy background in yoga. I hold thousands of instruction hours - which means I have trained HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of bodies. My education is extensive, I have been trained by master level facilitators including Baron Baptiste. I am also a certified personal trainer.

Move-meant is a full day workshop designed to give you the space to discover what alignment is, how to create it in your own body and to explore the connection between your strong body and living a full life.

Together we will:

  • Clarify the language that puts your body into alignment!

  • Train the muscles and bones of the body to understand what the language of alignment is asking.

  • Build and strengthen physical patterns that put you into integrity. 

  • Identify your goal as the language that keeps you moving.

You will leave the Move-meant program clear about what alignment is, how to create it in your own body and a deep knowing of what is possible for you as a result of being in alignment. Plus, a community of intentional movers to support you in action.
