CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

VINYASA: (All of our classes are vinyasa unless otherwise noted.) Vinyasa yoga simply put is movement with breath. You will be lead through a series of poses at the pace of your own breath. Poses vary and are creatively combined by each instructor. This means that every class you take will be different!

POWER: Power yoga is a rigorous form of vinyasa. This athletic style of yoga is designed for the pursuit of possibility.

GENTLE: Gentle yoga is a less rigorous form of vinyasa. In this low impact practice typical vinyasa poses are grouped together in a way that requires less "up and down" . 

CHAIR: Chair yoga is a supported style of vinyasa. A folding chair is used as a prop to re-create typical vinyasa poses. ThIs style is beneficial to everyone and is ideal for individuals that cannot get on and off of the floor.
